Deep Tissue manipulation reaches the deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down adhesions and relieve trigger points throughout the body. This treatment is beneficial for those who sit for long periods of time and suffer from low back pain.
Osteopathic Articulation uses a short distance and low speed of movement within the patients pain free range of motion while in dysfunction. This stimulates the bodies natural lubricating system to flood the joint which increases range of motion, decreases pain or both.
Meridian stretches work on the connective tissue within the belly of the muscle being stretched. The traction and the deeper pressure are beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia.

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of treatment to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
MLD is good to recover after surgery, as it regenerates tissues to reduce scarring at surgical incision sites. Lymph drainage also reduce swelling and detoxify the body.
It is a very gentle treatment that promotes deep relaxation and emotional wellbeing and helps you deal with anxiety.
